基于Pasco系统冰的导热系数测量实验设计

摘　　要：针对传统稳态法难以测量低温物体导热系数的问题,本文设计了基于Pasco系统的导热系数测量装置,且能够获取冰的导热系数随着自身温度改变的规律。装置采用功率恒定的平面热源对温度稳定的冰块一侧进行扰动,当热量在介质中传导时,发现距离扰动面一定深度的冰面温度变化满足与导热系数相关的边界条件。基于这一特性,对温度稳定的冰块中心平面采用常功率加热片进行加热,应用Pasco系统检测加热片平面和一定深度的冰面温度随加热时间的变化规律,并借助高斯误差补函数的一次积分获得导热系数与冰块温度的关系曲线,给出研究冰的导热系数的实验新方案。COMSOL仿真结果表明,该方法实时测量数据准确,可靠性高,具有良好的实验推广和应用价值。In response to the difficulty of measuring the thermal conductivity of low-tempera-ture objects using traditional steady-state methods,a thermal conductivity measurement de-vice based on the Pasco system has been designed,which can obtain the law of the thermal conductivity of ice changing with its own temperature.A plane heat source with constant pow-er is used to perturb one side of the temperature stable ice block.When heat is conducted in the medium,it is found that the temperature change of the ice surface at a certain depth from the disturbed surface meets the boundary conditions related to thermal conductivity.Based on this characteristic,a constant power heating plate is used to heat the central plane of the tem-perature stable ice block.The Pasco system is used to detect the variation of the heating plate plane and the temperature of the ice surface at a certain depth with heating time.The relation-ship curve between the thermal conductivity and the ice block temperature is obtained through the first integration of the Gaussian error compensation function,and a new experimental scheme for studying the thermal conductivity of ice is proposed.The COMSOL simulation re-sults show that this method has accurate real-time measurement data,high reliability,and good experimental promotion and application value.
