摘  要:建立了组合赋权-集对分析算法的高压氢气储罐自身状况安全评估模型。首先,采用层次分析结合熵权法建立10个评价指标的评价体系计算组合权重。其次,利用集对分析理论确定影响储罐安全使用的各指标安全等级以及等级的发展态势。最后,利用该评估模型对某实际使用的高压氢气储罐自身状况进行完整性评估,并根据评估结果给出科学的维修决策。研究结果表明,该模型能够较为准确地描述高压氢气储罐存在的风险因素并对风险等级进行排序,为不确定复杂环境下储罐的延寿和维修决策提供新的解决方案。In this paper,having the combined weighted-set pair analysis algorithm based to establish a self-condition safety assessment model for the high-pressure hydrogen storage tank was implemented.In which,firstly,having an evaluation system of 10 evaluation indexes established by using the analytic hierarchy process combined with entropy weight method to calculate the combination weight;secondly,having the set pair analysis theory adopted to determine the safety level of each index that affects the safe application of storage tanks and the development trend of the level;finally,having the evaluation model employed to evaluate the integrity of a practical high-pressure hydrogen storage tank,and then having scientific maintenance decisions presented according to evaluation results.The research results show that,the model can accurately describe the risk factors existing in high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks and sort the risk levels so as to provide a new solution for tank life extension and maintenance decision-making in uncertain and complex environments.
