信息赋能结合闭环质量改进机制在康复治疗全流程管理中的实践研究

摘　　要：目的借助信息技术和PDCA循环理论优化康复治疗管理流程,以提升康复治疗管理的规范化、智慧化、精细化水平。方法分析治疗任务执行、康复治疗评定、治疗文书撰写、治疗信息共享等环节的管理缺陷,通过专科信息化建设和PDCA循环管理,建立以治疗任务为核心的全流程管理模式,提出相应的优化措施。结果通过康复治疗信息化管理,构建了以治疗任务为核心的管理闭环,完成了康复治疗全流程管理、治疗档案体系建设和运营数据分析,康复治疗记录的完整性提升,各角色协同共享增强。结论信息化结合闭环质量改进机制提升了康复治疗全流程管理的规范性,帮助实现康复治疗任务的高效精细化管理,提高了工作效率,保障了治疗安全。Objective To optimize the rehabilitation management process with the help of information technology and PDCA cycle theory,so as to improve the standardization,wisdom and refinement of rehabilitation management.Methods The management defects in the execution of treatment tasks,evaluation of rehabilitation treatment,writing of treatment documents and sharing of treatment information were analyzed.A whole-process management model with treatment tasks as the core was established through the construction of specialty information and PDCA cycle management,and corresponding optimization measures were proposed.Results Through the information management of rehabilitation treatment,a management closed loop centered on the treatment task was constructed,the whole process management of rehabilitation treatment was completed,the construction of treatment file system and operational data analysis were completed,the integrity of rehabilitation treatment records was improved,and the collaborative sharing of various roles was enhanced.Conclusion informatization combined with closed-loop quality improvement mechanism can improve the standardization of the whole process management of rehabilitation treatment,help achieve efficient and refined management of rehabilitation treatment tasks,improve work efficiency and ensure treatment safety.
