摘  要:苏州某办公楼为低位弱连体偏筒结构。文章简要介绍其结构特点及设计要点,并根据结构特点,确定了结构性能设计目标及设计措施;详细介绍了低位弱连体结构、偏筒结构的控制性措施及主体结构、大跨连廊、支座等重点部位及关键构件的设计过程和控制性要点。分析结果表明,需要通过合理的设计措施,偏筒结构体系才能具备合理的受力及变形性能;对于低位连体结构,可采用弱连接的形式消除连接体耦联受力、温度应力等不利因素。本项目设计过程及措施可为低位弱连体结构及偏筒结构提供参考与借鉴。An office building in Suzhou is a low-level weakly connected eccentric frame-core tube structure.The structural characteristics and design points were briefly introduced.According to its structural characteristics,the structural performance design objectives and design measures were determined.The control measures of low-level weakly connected structure and eccentric frame-core tube structure,the design process and control points of key parts and key components such as the main structure,large-span corridor,and support were introduced in detail.The analysis results show that the eccentric frame-core tube structure system can have reasonable stress and deformation performance through reasonable design measures.For the low-level connected structure,the weak connection can be used to eliminate the unfavorable factors such as the coupling force and temperature stress of the connector.The design process and measures of this project can provide reference for low-level weakly connected structure and eccentric frame-core tube structure.
