摘　　要：盾构法施工是当今城市地铁隧道的主要施工方法,盾构机始发是盾构施工的主要风险源之一,特别在一些特殊地段不具备地面加固条件时成为盾构施工作业的难题,也是盾构施工风险高发阶段,为了解决特殊地段盾构始发作业的安全问题,结合现场实际情况进行了相关研究探索,最终确定了短套筒始发技术。通过该技术的研究应用,取消了传统始发作业中对地层的加固,增加了始发可拆卸钢环,并在预埋钢环与可拆卸钢环上加设加压密封橡胶圈,通过气压泵对密封装置进行加压,增强了盾构机与钢环之间的密封性,实现了盾构始发的及时封闭,避免流水、流沙现象的发生,大幅降低了盾构始发施工风险,确保盾构始发安全作业。Shield tunneling method is the main construction method for urban subway tunnels today.The launch of the shield machine is one of the main risk sources in shield construction,especially in special sections where ground reinforcement conditions are not available,and it has become a difficult task for shield construction work.It is also a high-risk stage in shield construction.In order to solve the safety problem of shield launching operation in special sections,relevant research and exploration were conducted based on the actual situation on site.Finally,the short sleeve launching technology was determined.Through the research and application of this technology,the ground reinforcement in traditional launch operation was cancelled,additional removable steel rings were added,and rubber sealing rings were added to the embedded steel rings and the removable steel rings.The sealing device was pressurized by an air pump,enhancing the sealing between the shield machine and the steel rings,and achieving the timely closure of the shield launch.This prevented the occurrence of water and sand flow,greatly reducing the construction risk of shield launching,and ensuring safe operation of shield launching.
