医院既有建筑改扩建设计阶段的实践与探索——以某口腔医院老大楼改扩建项目为例

摘　　要：随着时代发展与新医改的深入,一些20世纪八九十年代的医院建筑已不能满足现代化医院的使用要求,需要进行全面改造。在确保医院正常运行的前提下实施老旧建筑改造,把控工程质量、安全、工期、造价,是该类工程的重点。文章以南京医科大学附属口腔医院老大楼改扩建项目为例,在充分利用原有建筑、加层扩建、再造组织流线、分步实施、同步使用原则下,通过对结构加固、消防改造、处理周边地铁文物关系等难点的分析,规划设计合理的医院改扩建方案,提升现有院区整体品质。With the development of the times and the deepening of the new medical reform,some hospital buildings from the 1980s and 1990s can no longer meet the requirements of modern hospitals and require comprehensive renovation.Implementing the renovation of old buildings while ensuring the normal operation of the hospital,as well as controlling the quality,safety,schedule,and cost of the project,is the focus of this type of project.This paper takes the renovation and expansion project of the old building of Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of NMU as an example.Based on the principles of fully utilizing the original building,adding floors for expansion,reconstructing organizational flow lines,and implementing synchronous use step by step,a reasonable hospital renovation and expansion plan is designed through the analysis of difficulties such as structural reinforcement,fire protection renovation,and handling the relationship between surrounding subway cultural relics,in order to improve the overall quality of the existing hospital area.
