摘  要:耐久性能严重影响混凝土结构在严酷环境下的服役寿命,通过添加离子侵蚀抑制剂能够改善混凝土内钢筋锈蚀等问题。文章通过电导率、红外光谱等手段分析了两种离子侵蚀抑制剂(TIA301、TIA401)对水泥浆体中水化硅酸钙凝胶成核生长、28 d水泥浆体微观结构、C-S-H电荷性能的影响。TIA掺入水泥浆体后,在CSH形成前与钙离子反应,在氢氧化钙周围形成不规则的羧酸钙,并对C4AF的水化呈抑制作用。28 d时氢氧化钙、AFt、AFm的生成量在0.6%与1.2%的掺量下分别变化了1%与-1%。同时,TIA与C-S-H表面的钙离子会发生强烈相互作用,导致C-S-H凝胶表面的钙离子浓度及表面活性降低,从而降低C-S-H凝胶表面的ζ电位。The durability performance significantly affects the service life of concrete structures in harsh environments,and the addition of ion corrosion inhibitors can improve issues such as steel reinforcement corrosion within concrete.This study analyzes the impact of two ion ingress inhibitors(TIA301,TIA401)on the nucleation and growth of hydrated calcium silicate gel,microstructure of 28-day cement paste,and the charge properties of C-S-H using methods such as electrical conductivity and infrared spectroscopy.When TIA is incorporated into the cement paste,it reacts with calcium ions before C-S-H formation,leading to the irregular formation of calcium carboxylate around calcium hydroxide and exhibiting an inhibitory effect on the hydration of C4AF.At 28 days,the generation of calcium hydroxide,AFt,and AFm varied by 1%and-1%respectively under the dosages of 0.6%and 1.2%.Simultaneously,strong interactions occur between TIA and calcium ions on the surface of C-S-H,resulting in a reduction in the concentration of calcium ions and surface activity on the C-S-H gel surface,thereby lowering theζpotential of the C-S-H gel surface.
