摘 要:文章探究了混凝土水化温升抑制剂对不同温度下基准水泥和低热水泥的影响,评估了40℃、50℃环境下微量热性能,40℃、50℃、60℃环境下的混凝土力学性能和耐久性能,结果表明,水化温升抑制剂在不同温度下均有较好的水化调控性能,40℃下基准水泥为胶材掺0.2%水化温升抑制剂24 h放热量降低了31.29%,低热水泥为胶材掺0.2%水化温升抑制剂24 h放热量降低了48.76%。混凝土强度测试表明,水化温升抑制剂对早期强度有所影响,对后期强度影响较小。耐久性测试显示,水化温升抑制剂的掺入对氯离子迁移系数影响较小,会增加电通量而降低碳化深度。To study the effects of hydration temperature rise inhibitors on the performance of reference and low-heat cement,the microcalorimetry test was conducted at 40℃and 50℃.Concrete compressive strength and durability were measured at 40℃,50℃and 60℃.The results indicated that the inhibitors had good hydration rate control performance at different temperatures.The 24-hour reduction ratio of the heat of hydration of the reference cement sample doped with 0.2%weight of adhesive material inhibitors was 31.29%,and for the same amount of low-heat cement,it was 48.76%.The mechanical properties showed that the inhibitors might influence the strength at the early stage and have a small effect on the later hydration degree.The durability test indicated that the inhibitors had little impact on the rapid chloride ions migration coefficient,increased the coulomb electric flux,and reduced the carbonation depth.
