摘 要:随着城市公共工程的迅速发展,对于地下空间的使用越来越多。地下商业街、停车场、地铁隧道、管廊等地下工程对城市发展有着不可或缺的作用。基坑开挖不仅需要保护周边地上建筑物,也要考虑对周边存在的地下工程的影响。基坑开挖时支护结构的位移、基坑降水引起的固结沉降都会对周边地下工程造成一定的影响。为保证周边地下工程的安全使用,对临近地下工程的深基坑支护、止降水形式要求更高。文章以南京某实际工程为例,详细阐述深基坑开挖对临近地下工程的影响。With the continuous development of cities,urban public works are developing rapidly,especially with the increasing use of underground spaces.Underground commercial streets,parking lots,subway tunnels,pipe galleries,and other underground projects play an indispensable role in urban development.Excavation of foundation pits not only requires the protection of surrounding aboveground buildings but also needs to consider the impact on the existing underground engineering in the surrounding area.The displacement of the support structure during excavation of the foundation pit and the consolidation settlement caused by dewatering of the foundation pit will have a certain impact on the surrounding underground engineering.To ensure the safe use of surrounding underground engineering,higher requirements are placed on the form of deep foundation pit support and anti-precipitation for adjacent underground engineering.This paper takes an actual project in Nanjing as an example to elaborate in detail on the impact of deep foundation pit excavation on adjacent underground projects.
