摘　　要：谐波电流发射标准IEC 61000-3-2:2018的第二个修订件已于2024年3月正式发布。该修订件涉及较多的技术条款修订,包括纳入ISH1解释单、新增术语和定义、优化的重复性要求、测量不确定度和判定规则的新规范、修改部分产品的特殊试验条件、新增附录D等等。这些变化对EMC从业人员执行新版谐波电流测试产生了较大的影响。本文将对上述修订内容进行详细分析,以方便相关人员更好地应用新版标准。The second amendment of the harmonic current emissions standard IEC 61000-3-2:2018 was released in March 2024.This amendment involves a lot of technical terms revisions,including the inclusion of ISH1,the addition of newterms and definitions,better specification for repeatability,newspecification for measurement uncertainty and decision rule,revision of test conditions for some products,addition of Annex D,and soon.These changes have a significant impact on EMC practitioners conducting the new version of harmonic current testing.This paper will provide a detailed analysis of the revised content tofacilitate better application of the newstandard by relevant personnel.
