摘 要:何时化霜和如何化霜是冰箱化霜技术中的两大技术方向。其中何时化霜属于确定化霜频率的问题。根据冰箱制冷时霜层越厚,蒸发器温度和间室温度差值越大的特点及云端服务器的强大计算能力,文章设计了根据冰箱实际制冷情况动态变化结霜时间的智能化霜技术方案。通过实验室和用户样机验证,智能化霜技术可以在保证制冷性能不变的前提下有效降低化霜频次。根据实验室测试和用户测试数据,通过云端数据计算实现智能化霜技术具有降低冰箱能耗和提升食品保鲜性能的双重效果。When and how to defrost are the two major technical directions in refrigerator defrosting technology.When to defrost is a matter of determining the defrosting frequency.Based on the characteristic that the thicker the frost layer during refrigeration of the fridge,the greater the difference between the evaporator temperature and the roomtemperature,and the powerful computing power of the cloud server,this article designs an intelligent defrosting technology solution that dynamically changes the frosting time according to the actual refrigeration situation of the refrigerator.Through laboratory and user prototype verification,intelligent defrosting technology can effectively reduce defrosting frequency while ensuring unchanged refrigeration performance.According tolaboratory testing and user testing data,the intelligent defrosting technology implemented through cloud data calculation has a dual effect of reducing refrigerator energy consumption and improving food preservation performance.
