摘　　要：铸铝转子是微特电机的重要组成部分,铸铝的质量尤其铸铝转子中铝的纯度,对电机的输出功率、转速等性能有着重要影响。本文介绍了感应电机铸铝的纯度对电机性能指标的影响,同时介绍了一种铸铝转子质量的测试方法。Cast aluminumrotor is an important part of micro motor.The quality of cast aluminum,especially the purity of cast aluminumrotor,has an important effect on the output power and speed of the motor.This paper introduces the influence of the purity of cast aluminumon the performance of induction motor,and introduces a method of measuring the quality of cast aluminumrotor.
