摘  要:本文旨在研究轴流冷凝风机的噪声特性,重点分析其在冰箱中的应用。由于风机运行时受到电机支撑架、冷凝器、压缩机及导流罩等外部结构的影响,噪声来源复杂且难以准确预测。为此,本文采用大涡模拟(LES)和声类比两种气动声学理论,建立数学模型对风机噪声进行模拟与分析。通过冰箱噪声实验验证,结果表明理论分析与实验结果具有较高的一致性,验证了数值模拟方法的有效性。研究为轴流冷凝风机的降噪设计提供了理论依据和技术支持。This study focuses on the noise characteristics of axial condensing fans,particularly in their application within refrigerators.The noise generated by these fans is complex and challenging to predict due to the influence of external structures such as motor support frames,condensers,compressors,and flow deflector hoods during operation.To address this,the study employs two aerodynamic acoustic theories—Large Eddy Simulation(LES)and Acoustic Analogy—toestablish mathematical models for simulating and analyzing fan noise.Experimental noise testing on a refrigerator was conducted tovalidate the theoretical analysis,demonstrating a high degree of consistency between the simulation results and experimental data.The findings provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for noise reduction design in axial condensing fans.
