摘 要:由于防触电的需要,插座内部须设置保护门机构。市面上常规的保护门,人们在插头插入过程中,阻力过大,经常出现插入困难的情况,因此保护门机构需要改进,以方便人们使用。另外,随着市场对插座产品的外观精致度要求的提高,装饰面板材质呈多样化趋势,如玻璃、金属、木材等,要求插座保护门厚度越薄越好。其次,新兴的公共插座产品对于寿命要求极高,要求插拔次数达到2万次以上,是常规插座的4倍。目前常规保护门的装配须由人工完成,随着熟练工人越来越难招,保护门装配效率低的问题凸显出来,迫切需要开发可自动化安装的新型保护门。Due to the need for electric shock prevention,a protection door mechanism must be installed inside the socket.For the conventional protection doors on the market,there is excessive resistance during the plug-inserting process,often making it difficult toinsert the plug.Therefore,the protection door mechanismneeds tobe improved tofacilitate people’s use.In addition,with the increasing market demand for the exquisite appearance of socket products,the materials of decorative panels are becoming more diverse,such as glass,metal,wood,etc.This requires the thickness of the socket protection door to be as thin as possible.Secondly,emerging public socket products have extremely high requirements for service life,demanding that the number of plug-in and unplug operations reach more than 20000 times,which is four times that of conventional sockets.Currently,the assembly of conventional protection doors has to be done manually.As it is becoming increasingly difficult torecruit skilled workers,the problemof lowprotection door assembly efficiency has become prominent.There is an urgent need to develop a new type of protection door that can be installed automatically.
