摘　　要：HXD_(3)型电力机车辅助状态实时监测系统是能够实时监测并判定辅机、蓄电池、通风散热系统工作状态的监测装置。机车在运行过程中,若辅机发生故障,机车辅助变流系统会进行隔离保护,断开自身所有的负载供电,造成机车被迫停车;若蓄电池发生故障,会造成全车失电,直接影响机车运行安全;若通风散热系统发生故障,控制系统将根据采集的温度异常信息启动保护程序,造成机车被迫停车。针对以上问题,采用ARM嵌入式、电流传感测量、差分电压测量、热敏式传感测量等技术,设计HXD_(3)型电力机车辅助状态实时监测系统,通过实时采集、存储、显示辅机三相有效电流信息、蓄电池单体状态信息、热敏式风速传感信息,综合判定辅机、蓄电池、通风散热系统的工作状态。经现场测试验证,该系统可实现预期要求,为后续各部件检修提供数据支持。The real-time monitoring system for auxiliary conditions of the HXD_(3) electric locomotive is sophisticated monitoring equipment designed to monitor and assess the operational condition of the assisting locomotive,batteries,and the ventilation and cooling system in real time.During locomotive operation,if the assisting locomotive failure occurs,the auxiliary locomotive converter system will provide isolation protection and disconnect power supply for all its loads,resulting in an emergency stop of the locomotive.The locomotive is powered by two battery packs,containing 48 individual batteries,which supply DC 110 V power.If a battery failure occurs,the entire locomotive will lose power,thereby jeopardizing the safety of its operation.Additionally,the ventilation and cooling system is critical for the normal operation of the locomotive’s traction system.In the event of a failure of this system,the control system will trigger a protection procedure based on abnormal temperature information,which can lead to an emergency stop of the locomotive.To tackle these issues,a real-time monitoring system for the auxiliary conditions of the HXD_(3) electric locomotive has been developed.This system incorporates the Advanced RISC Machine alongside current sensing measurement,differential voltage measurement,and thermal sensor measurement technologies.By collecting,storing,and displaying information in real time,including the three-phase effective current of the assisting locomotive,the condition of battery cells,and wind speed from thermal sensors,this system facilitates a comprehensive assessment of the operational condition of the assisting locomotive,batteries,and ventilation and cooling system.Field testing has confirmed that this system meets the expected standards and provides data support for the subsequent maintenance of various components.
