摘 要:为满足安全、实用、美观、环保等多方面要求,铁路客运站房屋面采用钢结构已逐渐成为发展趋势。但在北方严寒地区,低温环境使钢结构屡遭冻害侵袭,研究严寒地区客站钢结构屋面冻害问题及解决措施具有重要的现实意义。以电伴热系统应用为切入点,全面剖析冻害产生的原因和危害,详细阐述电伴热系统运行的工作原理与独特技术优势。以呼和浩特东站北站房为实例,精准定位目前冻害位置,提出适配的电伴热系统设计方案。通过合理运用电伴热系统,可为严寒地区客站钢结构屋面的设计、施工与维护提供科学有效的指导策略,最大程度降低冻害带来的风险和损失,保障铁路运输持续安全稳定。To meet the demands of safety,functionality,aesthetics,and environmental sustainability,the use of steel structures for roofing railway passenger stations has become a prevailing trend.However,in the extremely cold regions of northern China,these steel structures are susceptible to recurring freezing damage due to harsh low-temperature conditions.Investigating the issue of freezing damage and exploring effective solutions for the roofing of passenger station steel structures in these areas is of significant practical importance.Centering on the application of an electric heat tracing system,this study provides an analysis of the causes and consequences of freezing damage and thoroughly explains the working principles and distinct technical advantages of the electric heat tracing system.Using the northern station building of Huhehaotedong Railway Station as a case study,the current issues related to freezing damage are precisely identified,and an appropriate design for the electric heat tracing system is proposed.Reasonable application of the electric heat tracing system provides scientific and effective guiding strategies for the design,construction,and maintenance of steel structural roofing of passenger stations situated in extremely cold regions.Ultimately,it minimizes the risks and losses caused by freezing damage,thereby ensuring safe and stable operation of railway transport.
