摘  要:为了进一步探索氢能产业在不同时间节点上技术、产品、市场和政策措施的可行性,构建基于产业技术路线图的氢能产业发展分析框架。基于incoPat专利数据库,通过专利检索分析产业现状。从产业环境、主要产品、关键技术等对中国氢能产业发展趋势进行预测描绘。结合昌平“能源谷”建设实践,系统地提出应加大可再生能源制氢领域技术攻关、积极推动试点示范、加快构建氢能供应体系和以绿氢为核心的“氢工业”全产业链体系、完善标准体系和强化国际合作等建议。In order to further explore the feasibility of key technologies,related products,markets,and policy measures in the hydrogen energy industry at different time nodes,an analysis framework for the development of the hydrogen energy industry was constructed based on industrial technology road-map.The incoPat patent database was used to clarify the current development status of the hydrogen energy industry through technology patent retrieval and analysis.Adopting questionnaire survey and expert interview afterwards,the development trend of China’s hydrogen energy industry is predicted and depicted from aspects of industrial environment,main products,key technologies,etc.Based on above predictions and depictions,a roadmap for the development of China’s hydrogen energy industry is drawn.In combination with the construction practice of Changping“Energy Valley”,suggestions for industrial development are systematically put forward,such as increasing technological research and development in the field of hydrogen production using renewable energy,actively promoting pilot demonstrations,accelerating the construction of a national hydrogen energy supply system and a whole industry chain system of hydrogen industry with green hydrogen as the core,improving the standard system,and strengthening international cooperation.
