摘  要:进入“人人都在/能说”的数字时代,公共传播已演化为一种日常生活方式,成为社会大众自主参与和展开的实践行为。参与和行动(以言行事)是网络空间主体相互显现的方式,也是数字时代公共传播的本质。作为一种动力要素,公共传播深度嵌入国家治理现代化进程,成为个人与社会互动联结的重要纽带。考察中国公共传播研究学术史发现,公共传播多作为概念工具使用,其之所以成为研究热点,与概念泛用不无关系,并非研究本身出现“过热化”。中国公共传播研究要摆脱西方概念或话语框架烙印,成为新的“地方性知识”,应在不断反思基础上,紧扣传播的公共性这个关键变量,以“传播的公共性何以成为一种凸显问题”作为中心线索,“以回答中国问题为逻辑起点,以运用中国素材为内容支撑,以表达中国立场为方向指引”,方可实现理论突围,建构中国自主性的公共传播知识体系。In the era of“everyone can be present/speak,”public communication has become an integral part of daily life,reflecting the public's independent participation and engagement.Participation and action—expressed through discourse—define the presence of individuals in digital spaces and represent the essence of public communication in the digital age.As a form of power,public communication is deeply embedded in the modernization of national governance,serving as a crucial link between individuals and social interaction.An examination of the academic history of Chinese public communication research reveals that public communication has primarily been treated as a conceptual tool.However,its emergence as a research focus is not merely due to its conceptual applications,nor is it an instance of“overheating”within the field itself.To advance,China's public communication research must move beyond Western conceptual frameworks and discourse systems,developing into a distinct body of localized knowledge.Through continuous reflection,research should center on the key variable of publicity in communication.By taking Chinese questions as the logical starting point,Chinese materials as empirical support,and a Chinese perspective as the guiding framework,the field can achieve theoretical breakthroughs and establish an autonomous system of public communication knowledge in China.
