摘  要:为了改善岩土工程用红黏土的综合性能,使用氢氧化钠溶液对聚酯纤维进行预处理,并继续使用邻苯二酚和硅烷偶联剂KH560对预处理后的聚酯纤维进行改性,得到一种改性聚酯纤维。室内评价了邻苯二酚浓度对改性聚酯纤维润湿性能和力学性能的影响,并进一步考察了改性聚酯纤维加量对红黏土改良效果的影响。结果表明:邻苯二酚的浓度为20 mmol/L时,即可使改性聚酯纤维的亲水性能和力学性能得到明显改善。改性聚酯纤维的加入能够显著提高目标红黏土的无侧限抗压强度、抗剪切强度和黏聚力,并能明显降低红黏土的线缩率,推荐改性聚酯纤维的最佳质量分数为0.5%,此时红黏土的力学性能、抗剪切性能以及收缩性能均可以达到最佳状态。研究结果认为,经过改性处理后的聚酯纤维能够对红黏土起到良好的改良效果,使其能够满足岩土工程施工的要求。In order to improve the comprehensive performance of red clay used in geotechnical engineering,polyester fibers were pretreated with sodium hydroxide solution,and the pretreated polyester fibers were further modified with catechol and silane coupling agent KH560 to obtain a modified polyester fiber.The influence of catechol concentration on the wetting and mechanical properties of modified polyester fibers was evaluated indoors,and the effect of modified polyester fiber dosage on the improvement effect of red clay was further investigated.The results showed that the hydrophilic and mechanical properties of modified polyester fibers were significantly improved when the concentration of catechol was 20 mmol/L.The addition of modified polyester fibers can significantly improve the unconfined compressive strength,shear strength,and cohesion of the target red clay,and can significantly reduce the linear shrinkage rate of the red clay.It is recommended that the optimal mass fraction of modified polyester fibers be 0.5%,at which point the mechanical properties,shear strength,and shrinkage performance of the red clay can reach their optimal state.The research results suggest that modified polyester fibers can have a good improvement effect on red clay,making it meet the requirements of geotechnical engineering construction.
