摘  要:碳纤维复合材料具有比强度高、热膨胀系数低、热稳定性良好、可一体化成型等诸多优势。本研究以一种用于某产品中的碳纤维复合材料异形构件作为研究对象,在对该碳纤维复合材料异形构件的结构特点、工况条件和使用寿命分析的基础上,充分发挥碳纤维复合材料一体化成型优势,对其工艺进行分析,希望为类似碳纤维复合材料异形构件的制备提供参考。Carbon fiber composites have many advantages,such as high specific strength,low coefficient of thermal expansion,good thermal stability and integrated molding.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics,working conditions and service life of a special-shaped carbon fiber composite component used in a certain equipment,the advantages of integrated molding of carbon fiber composites are fully brought into play,and the integrated molding process of carbon fiber composite special-shaped components is analyzed,which can provide a reference for the preparation of similar carbon fiber composite special-shaped components.
