摘 要:复合材料性能许用值和设计值是飞机结构研制的基础,是适航审定过程中关注的重点问题。然而面对实际应用中常见的多变量组合条件下的结构型数据,传统统计方法往往难以应付。考虑飞机复合材料结构的多样性,全面实施试验以覆盖所有设计特征是不现实的,通常选取代表性特征进行试验,并通过数据分析来推导出设计值。在本研究中采用回归分析方法对复合材料层间剪切强度进行了深入研究,并确定其许用值。通过对案例的详细计算和分析,验证了回归分析在处理复合材料结构数据方面的有效性和可靠性,为飞机复合材料许用值处理提供了解决方案。此外,层间剪切强度与铺层比例之间的线性关系也为复材结构铺层设计提供了数据支持。基于回归分析的复合材料结构许用值确定方法有助于缩短研制周期与降低成本,具有显著的工程应用价值。The allowable values and design values of composite material properties are fundamental to the development of aircraft structures and are key concerns in the airworthiness certification process.However,traditional statistical methods often struggle to handle structural data under the multi-variable combination conditions commonly encountered in practical applications.Given the diversity of aircraft composite structures,it is unrealistic to conduct comprehensive tests that cover all design features.Typically,representative features are selected for testing,and design values are derived through data analysis.In this study,regression analysis was employed to conduct an in-depth investigation of the interlaminar shear strength of composite materials and determine its allowable values.Through detailed calculations and analysis,the effectiveness and reliability of regression analysis in processing composite material structural data have been validated,providing a solution for determining allowable values of aircraft composites.Moreover,the linear relationship between interlaminar shear strength and lay-up ratios provides data support for laminate design in composite structures.The method of determining allowable values for composite material structures based on regression analysis helps shorten development cycles and reduce costs,offering significant engineering application value.
