技术自主性视角下的人工智能与新闻伦理

摘　　要：AI为传统新闻伦理提供全新的应用场景,展现出鲜明的技术自主性。在实践维度,自主性表现为AI的技术合理性被资本逻辑异化,引发虚假新闻和个人隐私被侵犯等一系列新闻伦理失范现象。在理论维度,自主性表现为准主体性对新闻客观性原则和封闭主体责任制的冲击。不仅新闻伦理规范了AI新闻实践,AI也在重构新闻伦理的边界与内涵。这种互相建构关系充分体现AI时代新闻伦理被动性与能动性的辩证统一。尊重AI自身发展的规律、扬弃传统新闻伦理不合理成分,是建构人机协同发展的新闻伦理新范式、实现技术向善的必要前提。AI provides a new application scenario for traditional journalism ethics,showing a distinct technical autonomy.In the practical dimension,autonomy is manifested in the fact that the technical rationality of AI has been alienated by the logic of capital,triggering a series of journalistic ethical misconducts such as false news and violation of personal privacy.In the theoretical dimension,autonomy manifests itself in the impact of quasi-subjectivity on the principle of journalistic objectivity and the accountability of closed subjects.Not only does journalism ethics regulate the practice of AI journalism,but AI is also reconstructing the boundaries and connotations of journalism ethics.This mutually constructive relationship fully reflects the dialectical unity of passivity and activeness of journalism ethics in the AI era.Respecting the law of AIs own development and abandoning the unreasonable elements of traditional journalism ethics are the necessary preconditions for constructing a new paradigm of for human-machine collaboration and achieving the goal of technology for good.
