摘 要:目的分析2019—2023年河南省流感样病例(influenza like illness,ILI)监测结果,为流感防控提供依据。方法通过中国流感监测系统收集2019年1月至2023年12月河南省22家国家级流感监测哨点医院和19家网络实验室报告的ILI,描述性分析ILI流行特征和流感病毒病原型别变化。结果2019—2023年河南省哨点医院共报告ILI 1279248例,ILI占门急诊病例就诊总数的比例为2.24%。0~<5岁组报告ILI 699485例(54.68%),所占比例最高,但阳性率最低(12.43%);15~<25岁组报告61004例(4.77%),阳性率最高(38.98%)。共检测ILI标本87918份,流感核酸阳性17825份,阳性率为20.27%。流行优势毒株2019年第一季度、2023年第一季度为H1NI,2022年秋季和2023年冬季为H3N2。2019—2020监测年度为H3N2和Bv,2020—2021监测年度阳性检出数极少、无流行,2021—2022监测年度为Bv。2020—2023年均未检出By。结论2019—2023年河南省流感具有明显的冬春季高峰,2022年出现夏季流行小高峰,2020—2021年流感流行水平极低。H3N2、H1N1和Bv交替成为流行优势株。Objective To analyze the surveillance data of influenza-like illness(ILI)in Henan Province from 2019 to 2023,and to provide infights for influenza prevention and control strategies.Methods Data on reported ILI cases from 22 national sentinel hospitals and 19 network laboratories Henan Province were collected using the China Influenza Surveillance System,the,covering the period from January 2019 to December 2023 were collected.A descriptive analysis was conducted to examine the epidemiological characteristics of ILI and the shift in influenza virus strains.Results Between 2019 and 2023,a total of 1279248ILI cases were reported by sentinel hospitals in Henan Province,representing 2.24%of the all outpatient and emergency cases.The highest number of ILI cases were reported in the 0-<5 age group(699485 cases,54.68%),though this age group had the lowest positive rate(12.43%).The 15-<25 age group reported 61004 cases(4.77%),with the highest positive rate(38.98%).Out of 87918 ILI specimens tested,17825 were positive for influenza nucleic acid,yielding a positive rate of 20.27%.The epidemiologically dominant strains were H1N1 in the first quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2023,and H3N2 in the fall of2022 and the winter of 2023.H3N2 and Bv were present in the 2019-2020 surveillance year,with minimal and no epidemics in the 2020-2021 surveillance year with a very low number of positive detec The epidemiologically dominant strains were H1NI in the first quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2023,and H3N2 in the fall of 2022 and the winter of 2023.H3N2 and Bv were present in the 2019-2020 surveillance year,with minimal and no epidemics in the 2020-2021 surveillance year with a very low number of positive detections,and 2021-2022 monitoring year was Bv.No By lineage was detected in 2020-2023.Conclusions2019-2023 influenza in Henan province has obvious winter and spring peaks,2022 has a small summer epidemic peak,and2020-2021 has a very low level of influenza epidemics.H3N2,H1N1 and Bv alternately become the epidemiol
