中共党建学概念体系的“本体论”、分析范式与基本图谱

摘　　要：建构党建学概念体系必须树立“大党建观”,聚焦党的领导、党的建设、党内法规、党务管理等理论与实践、历史与现实;必须坚持本体论、认识论、方法论、价值论的内在统一,以实事求是、政策性与学术性相融通、具有层次性与体系化等为基本遵循。从根本上看,党建学概念体系是具有内在逻辑与层次结构的“概念图谱”,有基本概念、核心概念、理论标识性概念、重要概念、一般概念之分。应基于基本概念、核心概念、理论标识性概念来建构党建学概念体系的基本框架与内容结构。其中,核心概念彰显内容实质与显著特色,理论标识性概念有“画龙点睛”之妙。To construct the concept system of party building discipline,we must set up a "comprehensive party building view",focusing on the theory and practice,history and reality of party leadership,party building,intra-party regulations,party affairs management,etc.We must adhere to the internal unity of ontology,epistemology,methodology and axiology,and follow the basic principles of seeking truth from facts,integrating policy making and academic research,and having the features of being layered and systematic.Fundamentally,the concept system of party building discipline is a "concept schematic" with internal logic and layered structure,which is divided into basic concept,core concept,theoretical identification concept,important concept and general concept.The basic frame and content structure of the concept system of party building discipline should be constructed based on the basic concept,core concept and theoretical identification concept.Among them,the core concept highlights the essence and significant characteristics of the content,and the theoretical identification concept has the effect of "making the finishing point".
