摘  要:肝吸虫主要有华支睾吸虫、麝猫后睾吸虫和猫后睾吸虫3种,寄生于哺乳动物肝胆管内,引起肝胆管纤维化甚至胆管癌。肝吸虫感染能够影响微生物群,导致肠道微环境发生改变。肝吸虫与宿主微生物群的相互作用可以潜在地调节胃肠道炎症及免疫功能,以应对致病性细菌菌株的出现。本文就近年来肝吸虫与宿主微生物群的相关研究进行阐述。There are three species of liver flukes,namely Clonorchis sinensis,Opisthorchis viverrini and Opisthorchis felineus,which infect the hepatobiliary duct of mammals and cause hepatobiliary fibrosis and even cholangiocarcinoma.Liver fluke infection can affect the microbiota and lead to changes in the intestinal microenvironment.The interaction between liver flukes and host microbiota can potentially regulate gastrointestinal inflammation and immune function in response to the emergence of pathogenic bacterial strains.This article reviews the recent studies on the role of liver flukes in host microbiota.
