新质生产力正义叙事的唯物史观阐释

摘　　要：不同于“生产力中性论”,唯物史观视域下的生产力内蕴价值维度,这源于具体的劳动者具有特定的价值取向。现实的生产力与生产关系紧密结合,而生产关系亦具有价值特性,劳动者和生产关系的价值性赋予生产力以价值属性,而正义是其中的一种重要价值。马克思主义生产力理论包含效率和正义双重向度,二者统一于社会主义实践和共产主义理想之中。新质生产力既是先进生产力,又是正义生产力,在驱动高质量发展的同时蕴含着一种正义叙事,即坚持以人民为中心的发展理念,以正义为基础的价值原则,其发展受到正义的规范和指引。新质生产力追求效率和正义的双重跃升,克服贫富分化等社会弊病,共同富裕和人类命运共同体的构建是新质生产力正义叙事的国内国际双重实践逻辑,将历史性地创造一种新质正义。正是正义之维,新质生产力比资本主义单纯追求效率的生产力更具发展潜力。Unlike the"neutrality of productive forces"theory,historical materialism recognizes the intrinsic value dimension of productive forces,which stems from the specific value orientations of concrete laborers.In reality,productive forces are closely linked to production relations,which themselves possess value attributes.The value-oriented nature of laborers and production relations endows productive forces with value characteristics,among which justice is a key element.Marxist productive forces theory encompasses both efficiency and justice,unifying them within socialist practice and the communist ideal.New-quality productive forces are not only advanced productive forces,but also just productive forces.While driving high-quality development,they embody a justice narrative that upholds a people-centric development philosophy and adheres to justice-based value principles,with their development being guided and regulated by justice.The pursuit of new-quality productive forces involves a dual advancement of both efficiency and justice,aiming to overcome social problems such as wealth disparity.The domestic and international practical logic of their justice narrative is reflected in the pursuit of common prosperity and the construction of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,historically shaping a new form of justice.It is precisely this dimension of justice that gives new-quality productive forces greater developmental potential than capitalist productive forces,which focus solely on efficiency.
