摘　　要：绿色是共建“一带一路”的底色。绿色丝绸之路是对马克思主义人与自然关系思想的守正与创新,是在新发展理念和“人类命运共同体”理念引领下,探索走出人与自然和谐共生的现代化绿色发展新路径。当前,百年变局正加速演进,为积极应对全球产业链供应链深度调整、绿色经贸规则加速形成、绿色低碳转型需求迫切、经济与金融市场缺乏韧性、新兴数字技术革命兴起等新形势新挑战,共建绿色丝绸之路必须走全新的深化路径,加快形成绿色新质生产力,融合数字化与绿色化、协同硬基建与软联通、平衡发展需求与安全保障、兼顾长期投资与金融市场发展、统筹全球治理与各国利益,共同铺就一条科创引领、政通人和、开放包容、资金融通、互利共赢的新道路。Green development is the foundational principle of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).The Green Silk Road represents both an adherence to and an innovation of Marxist thought on the relationship between humanity and nature.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new development philosophy and the vision of a"Community with a Shared Future for Mankind",it seeks to explore a modernized green development path that fosters harmony between humanity and nature.Amid accelerating global changes unseen in a century,new challenges have emerged,including deep adjustments in global industrial and supply chains,the rapid formation of green trade and economic rules,the urgent need for green and low-carbon transitions,economic and financial market vulnerabilities,and the rise of emerging digital technologies.To address these challenges,the Green Silk Road must follow a new deepening pathway by accelerating the formation of new-quality green productive forces,integrating digitalization with green transformation,coordinating hard infrastructure with soft connectivity,balancing development needs with security concerns,aligning long-term investment with financial market development,and harmonizing global governance with national interests.This collective effort will pave a new path driven by scientific and technological innovation,effective governance,openness and inclusivity,financial connectivity,and mutual benefits.
