摘 要:依托新一轮人工智能革命和数字经济发展浪潮,推进工业企业新旧动能转换,实现智慧工业发展,成为激活经济提质增效,构建新质生产力的重要路径。基于此,以工业企业为样本,探究数智化转型对工业企业经济提质增效的影响,重点关注工业企业在面对经济不确定性时的数智化转型策略及其实施效果。研究发现,数智化转型可以显著改善工业企业全要素生产率,促进企业提质增效,并且有助于改善工业企业的经济不确定性感知,进而提升企业自身市场竞争力。进一步分析发现,数智化转型主要通过推动突破性创新、打通数据“端到端孤岛”的信息融通、提升数据驱动的精细化内部治理,推动全要素生产率提升,而融资约束低的企业、国有企业、ESG表现良好的企业以及大规模企业在数智化转型方面成效更显著,企业全要素生产率的提升影响更佳。Promoting the transformation of old and new driving forces in industrial enterprises and realizing the development of smart industries,driven by the new artificial intelligence revolution and the development of the digital economy,have become crucial pathways to activate quality and efficiency improvements in the economy and build new quality productive forces.The study used industrial enterprises as a sample to investigate the impact of digital-intelligent transformation on the quality and efficiency enhancement of industrial enterprises.It focused on the digital and intelligent transformation strategies adopted by industrial enterprises in response to economic uncertainty and the effectiveness of their implementation.The results showed that digital-intelligent transformation could significantly improve the total factor productivity of industrial enterprises,thereby promoting quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.Digital-intelligence transformation could enhance the economic uncertainty awareness of industrial enterprises,thereby improving their market competitiveness.Further analysis revealed that digital-intelligent transformation has played a role mainly through breakthrough innovation,the integration of information from end-to-end data silos,and the refinement of internal governance driven by data.However,enterprises with low financing constraints,state-owned enterprises,enterprises with strong ESG performance,and large-scale were more effective in implementing digital-intelligence transformation,and the impact on improving total factor productivity was more pronounced.
