摘 要:目的了解医务工作人员以及医学教育者等叙事认知的基本情况并分析其影响因素,为提升医务工作人员等的叙事认知能力提供参考和理论依据。方法采用方便抽样法,选取河南省280名医务工作人员及医学教育者等为研究对象,通过一般资料调查表、叙事认知能力量表进行调查研究。结果多重响应频数分析表明,叙事和叙事医学是最常被提及和应用的概念。叙事认知能力总分为(77.58±11.86)分;生命健康叙事意识维度和职业叙事思维维度之间存在着显著的正相关关系;单因素分析结果显示:性别、年龄、所在的医院或医疗机构是否设立叙事中心与医学叙事能力总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务工作者等的叙事认知能力处于较好水平,但从频数分析结果来看,大部分研究对象对于叙事医学的认知情况为从未听说过,表明其还有很大的发展空间,要加强叙事医学教育,提高其叙事认知能力。此外,要注重职业叙事思维与生命健康叙事意识二者之间的协同作用,以全面提升医务工作者的叙事认知能力。Objective By learning about the basic situation of narrative cognition among medical workers,medical educators and others,and analyzing its influencing factors,it's hoped that a reference and theoretical basis can be provided to improve the narrative cognition ability of medical workers and others.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 280 medical workers and medical educators,etc.in Henan Province as the research subjects,and the survey was conducted through the general information questionnaire and the narrative cognitive ability scale.Results Multiple response frequency analysis indicates that the concepts of narrative and narrative medicine are the most frequently mentioned and applied concepts.The total score for narrative cognitive ability is(77.58±11.86);there is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of life health narrative awareness and professional narrative thinking;the results of univariate analysis show that there are statistically significant differences(P<0.05)when comparing the total score of medical narrative ability based on gender,age,and whether the hospital or medical institution has established a narrative center.Conclusion The narrative cognitive ability of medical workers is at a good level,but from the results of frequency analysis,most of the research subjects have never heard of narrative medicine,indicating that there is still a lot of room for development,and narrative medicine education should be strengthened to improve narrative cognitive ability.In addition,it is necessary to pay attention to the synergy between professional narrative thinking and life and health narrative awareness,so as to comprehensively improve the narrative cognitive ability of medical workers.
