摘  要:八年制临床医学生教育是为了培养高素质医学精英人才,八年的医学专业学习需要将医学人文教育贯穿基础、临床、实验研究各个阶段,才能在深研医学专业知识和技能的同时培养出具有医学人文素质的高质量医学专业人才。本文从八年制临床医学生人文教育的必要性和当前存在的问题入手,提出全过程教育的实施路径,基础医学阶段筑牢人文根基,临床医学阶段深化人文实践,实验研究阶段实施动物关怀和遵守科研诚信。通过实施人文医学的全过程教育提高八年制临床医学生的人文素质,培养全面发展的高素质医学人才。The eight-year clinical medical student education aimed at cultivating high-quality medical elite talents.The eight-year medical professional study requires the integration of medical humanity education into all stages of basic,clinical,and experimental research,so as to cultivate high-quality medical professionals with medical humanity qualities while deeply studying medical professional knowledge and skills.This article starts with the necessity and current problems of humanistic education for eight-year clinical medical students,and proposes a whole process education and implementation path for them,building a solid humanistic foundation in the basic medical stage,deepening humanistic practice in the clinical medical stage,implementing animal care and adhering to scientific integrity in the experimental research stage.By implementing the whole process education of humanistic medicine,the humanistic quality of eight-year clinical medical students can be improved,and high-quality medical talents with comprehensive development can be cultivated.
