摘　　要：伴随农业的进步和发展,农业机械发挥着越来越重要的作用。蒙城县作为皖北地区粮食种植大县,粮食作物生产耕种收等环节实现了较高水平的机械化,客观上迫切需要建设一支技术硬、素质强、发展稳的农机手队伍。该文从蒙城县农机手队伍建设发展现状、存在问题等角度进行详细分析,并提出下一步发展思路。With the progress and development of agriculture,agricultural machinery is playing an increasingly important role.As a major grain planting county in northern Anhui,Mengcheng County has achieved a high level of mechanized production in the production,cultivation,and harvesting of grain crops.Objectively,there is an urgent need to build a group of skilled,high-quality,and stable agricultural machinery operators.The article provides a detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the construction and development of the agricultural machinery team in Mengcheng County,and proposes the next development ideas.
