摘 要:传统混凝土运输方式在高空作业中存在较大的安全隐患,采用泵送技术能有效降低安全风险。文章以徐州商务区核心地带的超高层建筑工程为例,从混凝土配制、泵送管道布置、泵压力控制等方面着手,深入分析了高强混凝土超高层泵送施工关键技术。通过质量检测,验证了该技术在提高混凝土强度和质量方面的可靠性,从而为建筑工程提供高效、安全、高质量的施工解决方案,推动建筑行业不断发展。The traditional concrete transportation mode has great potential safety hazards in high-altitude operation,and the use of pumping technology can effectively reduce the safety risks.Taking the super high-rise building engineering in the core area of Xuzhou business zone as an example,this paper analyzes the key technology of highstrength concrete super high-rise pumping construction from the aspects of concrete preparation,pumping pipeline layout and pump pressure control.Through quality inspection,the reliability of the technology in improving the strength and quality of concrete is verified,so as to provide efficient,safe and high-quality construction solutions for building engineering and promote the continuous development of the construction industry.
