摘  要:开挖与支护是高层建筑深基坑工程施工中的核心项目,其质量直接关系到整体建筑的稳定性与安全性。在软土地质下,高层建筑深基坑开挖与支护难度较高,施工质量难以把控,基于此,文章研究了软土地质高层建筑深基坑开挖和支护技术。在深基坑四周布设排水沟,采用分层开挖法进行深基坑开挖,采用地下连续墙围护+灌注桩支护方案对深基坑进行支护。由实际工程应用效果可知,高层建筑深基坑变形未超出最大限值,符合相关规范要求,深基坑开挖与支护效果良好,可以在实际工程中广泛推广与应用。Excavation and support are the core projects in the construction of deep foundation pit for high-rise building,and their quality is directly related to the stability and safety of the whole building.In soft soil geology,the excavation and support of deep foundation pit for highrise building is difficult,and the construction quality is difficult to control.Based on this,this paper studies the excavation and support technology of deep foundation pit for high-rise building in soft soil geology.Drainage ditches are arranged around the deep foundation pit,the layered excavation method is used for deep foundation pit excavation,and the underground continuous wall enclosure+cast-in-place pile support scheme is adopted to support the deep foundation pit.According to the application effect of practical engineering,the deformation of deep foundation pit for high-rise building does not exceed the maximum limit value,which meets the requirements of relevant specifications,and the excavation and support effect of deep foundation pit is good,which can be widely promoted and applied in practical engineering.
