摘  要:珠三角城际新白广铁路在交通网络中占据重要地位,其部分路段以主跨128 m连续梁上跨京珠高速公路,采用悬臂挂篮法分节段施工。连续梁挂篮施工包含临时固结、0#块托架法施工、悬臂节段对称浇筑、挂篮安拆与行走后退、边跨支架法施工、中跨合龙等关键工序。文章详细总结该工程大跨度悬臂浇筑连续梁跨路施工技术,以期为相关技术人员提供参考。The Pearl River Delta Xinbaiguang Intercity Railway occupies an important position in the transportation network,and part of its section crosses Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway with a main span of 128 m continuous beam,which is constructed by cantilever hanging basket method in sections.The continuous beam hanging basket construction includes temporary consolidation,0#block bracket method construction,cantilever segment symmetrical pouring,hanging basket installation,dismantling and walking backward,side span bracket method construction,middle span closure and other key procedures.This paper summarizes in detail the construction technology of large-span cantilever pouring continuous beam crossing road in the engineering,in order to provide reference for relevant technical personnel.
