摘 要:常规高层电梯导轨支架易受环境等因素的影响,稳定性与紧密度不足。基于此,文章提出超高层电梯导轨支架安装及校直技术,先计算导轨支架间距和轿厢平衡配重,设定可调支架结构,采用导轨多点位安装,以增强稳定性,随后加固支架横撑,采用铅垂线校直。测试结果表明,相较于有限元分析电梯新型导轨支架装置设计、高级精简指令集计算机系统电梯导轨支架间距快速检测安装,该技术最终得出的荷载比较高,说明此次的安装及校直处理技术更加灵活、稳定,具有实际应用价值。The conventional high-rise elevator guide rail bracket is susceptible to environment and other factors,and its stability and tightness are insufficient.Based on this,this paper proposes the installation and straightening technology of super high-rise elevator guide rail bracket.Firstly,the spacing between guide rail brackets and the balance weight of the lift car are calculated,the adjustable bracket structure is set,and the guide rail is installed at multiple points to enhance the stability.Then,the bracket transverse support is reinforced and the plumb line is adopted for straightening.The test results show that compared with the new guide rail bracket device design of the elevator based on finite element analysis and the spacing rapid detection and installation of the elevator guide rail bracket with the Advanced RISC Machine system,the final load obtained by this technology is relatively high,indicating that the installation and straightening processing technology is more flexible and stable, and has practical application value.
