摘  要:文章对双钢轮压路机碾压速度控制技术展开研究,根据测定数据,先进行压路机当量压力计算、弹性应变分析及临界处理,强化控制灵敏度,再构建双钢轮压路机临界碾压速度控制模型,并采用自适应调度实现控制。测试结果表明,控制压路机以较慢速度工作,能更快达到既定压实标准,且该速度下压路机的故障率最低;随着工作时间的延长,故障率增长幅度相对较小,表明以较慢速度作业,能提升设备的稳定性和耐用性,缩短停机维修时间,提高施工效率和质量。This paper studies the rolling speed control technology of double steel drum road roller.According to the measured data,the equivalent pressure calculation,elastic strain analysis and critical treatment of the road roller are first carried out to strengthen the control sensitivity.Then,the critical rolling speed control model of double steel drum road roller is constructed,and the control is realized by adaptive scheduling.The test results show that controlling the road roller to work at a slower speed can reach the established compaction standard faster,and the failure rate of the road roller is the lowest at this speed;with the extension of the working time,the growth of failure rate is relatively small,indicating that working at a slower speed can improve the stability and durability of the equipment,shorten the downtime for maintenance,and improve the construction efficiency and quality.
