摘  要:文章针对跨海大桥大体积混凝土的温度控制问题,设计了两种不同径向的冷却管和温度测点布置方案,并研发了混凝土温度控制系统。依据数值仿真,研究了不同入模温度下混凝土内部和表面的温度变化情况。结果表明,在入模温度为26℃时,混凝土内外温差最大可达22℃;建议将入模温度控制在14.5℃,以便将内外温差和温度峰值保持在合理范围内。Aiming at the temperature control problem of mass concrete in cross-sea bridges,two different radial cooling pipes and temperature measuring point layout schemes are designed,and the concrete temperature control system is developed.Based on numerical simulation,the temperature changes of concrete interior and surface under different molding temperatures are studied.The results show that when the molding temperature is 26℃,the maximum temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete can reach 22℃;it is suggested that the molding temperature should be controlled at 14.5℃in order to keep the internal and external temperature difference and temperature peak within a reasonable range.
