水泥低剂量骨架密实抗裂型水泥稳定碎石配合比研究

摘　　要：文章依托长治国道208改扩建项目,通过级配设计,得到混合料的配合比,同时对比不同水泥剂量、不同级配,探究水泥稳定碎石混合料对路用性能的影响。根据裂缝试验数据,确认采用水泥低剂量骨架密实型水稳基层结构形式,能在保证强度要求的前提下有效减少水泥使用量。Based on Changzhi National Highway 208 reconstruction and expansion project,this paper obtains the mixture proportion of the mixture through gradation design,and compares different cement doses and different gradations to explore the influence of cement-stabilized macadam mixture on road performance.According to the crack test data,it is confirmed that the structural form of cementstabilized base with low-dose cement dense framework structure can effectively reduce the amount of cement used under the premise of ensuring the strength requirements.
