模糊综合评价法在煤化工EPC项目施工质量评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：文章研究了模糊综合评价法在煤化工工程总承包(engineering-procurement-construction,EPC)项目施工质量评价中的应用,将煤化工EPC项目按层次结构划分为三个阶段,选取煤化工EPC项目施工质量评价指标,并计算评价指标的权重,从而构建起煤化工EPC项目模糊判断矩阵,对煤化工EPC项目施工质量进行综合评价。实例分析结果表明,相较于其他方法,文章所述方法权重系数相对集中,挑选出的数据集具有一定的代表性,可为煤化工EPC项目施工提供更加精确的参考。This paper studies the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the construction quality evaluation of coal chemical engineering EPC project,divides the coal chemical engineering EPC project into three stages according to the hierarchical structure,selects the construction quality evaluation index of coal chemical engineering EPC project,and calculates the weight of the evaluation index,so as to construct the fuzzy judgment matrix of coal chemical engineering EPC project,and comprehensively evaluate the construction quality of coal chemical engineering EPC project.The case analysis results show that compared with other methods,the weight coefficient of the method described in this paper is relatively concentrated,and the selected data set has certain representativeness,which can provide more accurate reference for the construction of coal chemical engineering EPC project.
