市政排水管网改造风险及应对措施分析

摘　　要：市政排水管网改造对于促进海绵城市建设具有重要意义,文章以某市政基础设施工程为研究对象,首先分析了该项目的现状,并分析了该项目市政排水管网改造风险;然后基于云模型,对改造风险进行了评价;最后研究了相应的风险应对措施,包括质量风险控制、项目成本风险控制、项目进度风险控制、项目安全风险控制、社会影响风险控制,以期为类似项目提供借鉴。The reconstruction of municipal drainage pipe network is of great significance to promote the construction of sponge city.Taking a municipal infrastructure project as the research object,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the project and analyzes the risk of the municipal drainage pipe network reconstruction.Then,based on the cloud model,the risk of reconstruction is evaluated.Finally,the corresponding risk response measures are studied,including quality risk control,project cost risk control,project schedule risk control,project safety risk control,social impact risk control,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
