摘 要:近年来,无缝钢管在电力、石化、电站、锅炉等行业被大量应用,为保证钢管应用安全性及可靠性,需要对无缝钢管进行无损探伤检测。文章对非接触式磁粉探伤方法展开研究,应用自动检测设备,采用荧光磁粉、湿法连续法、复合磁化等措施,通过理论计算与试验,制定出最佳的磁化规范。通过该方法对不同规格的无缝钢管进行探伤检验,可有效发现表面裂纹、夹杂、折叠、气孔等缺陷,解决了无缝钢管磁粉探伤检测问题,对保障无缝钢管安全应用具有一定的参考价值。In recent years,seamless steel pipes have been widely used in electric power,petrochemical,power station,boiler and other industries.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of steel pipe application,it is necessary to carry out non-destructive flaw detection of seamless steel pipes.This paper studies the non-contact magnetic powder flaw detection method,applies automatic detection equipment,adopts fluorescent magnetic powder,wet continuous method,composite magnetization and other measures,and formulates the optimal magnetization specification through theoretical calculations and tests.Through this method,the surface cracks,inclusions,folding,porosity and other defects can be effectively found in the flaw detection of seamless steel pipes with different specifications,which solves the problem of magnetic powder flaw detection of seamless steel pipes,and has certain reference value for ensuring the safe application of seamless steel pipes.
