摘  要:针对油田生产过程中能源消耗高、效率低下的问题,文章设计了一种基于数字孪生的油田能源消耗优化系统,旨在提高油田生产的数字化和智能化水平。首先,详细分析了油田能源消耗优化系统需求。其次,提出了油田能源消耗优化系统架构总体方案,设计了总体架构、数据采集与处理模块、数字孪生模型和系统交互界面。最后,通过系统测试验证了该系统的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the oilfield production process,the paper designs an oilfield energy consumption optimization system based on digital twin,which aims to improve the digitalization and intelligence of oilfield production.Firstly,the oilfield energy consumption optimization system requirements are analyzed in detail.Secondly,the overall scheme of oilfield energy consumption optimization system architecture is proposed,and the overall architecture,data acquisition and processing module,digital twin model,energy optimization algorithm and system interaction interface are designed.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified through system testing.
