摘　　要：在我国日益广泛的基础设施建设过程中,通信工程项目建设在解决各类民生问题中发挥了至关重要的作用。为了保障这些项目的顺利实施,相关研究人员必须科学合理地运用信息管理系统技术,以优化和完善项目管理流程。文章首先探讨了通信工程项目中信息管理系统技术的应用价值,随后详细剖析了该技术应用的具体内容,并特别关注其在实际操作中的落地实践,旨在为相关领域提供参考与借鉴。In the process of China’s increasingly extensive infrastructure construction,the construction of communication engineering projects has played a vital role in solving various livelihood problems.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of these projects,relevant researchers must use information management system technology scientifically and rationally to optimize and improve the project management process.The paper first discusses the application value of information management system technology in communication engineering projects,and then analyzes the specific content of the application of this technology in detail,and pays special attention to its practical practice,aiming to provide reference and reference for related fields.
