摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,医疗信息的共享共通显得尤为重要。信息共享在提高医疗服务质量与效率、优化医疗资源配置、增强各部门协同合作等方面发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。但在医疗信息共享的推进过程中,公立医院存在法律体系与监管机制不健全、信息系统滞后和兼容性不强、信息安全存在隐患和专业医疗信息管理人员缺乏等诸多问题。基于此,文章有针对性地提出了一系列公立医院医疗信息共享的优化策略,以期为信息赋能的医院高质量发展战略提供有益思考。With the continuous deepening of the medical and health system reform,the sharing and intercommunication of medical information have become particularly important.Information sharing plays an indispensable and significant role in improving the quality and efficiency of medical services,optimizing the allocation of medical resources,and enhancing the collaborative cooperation among various departments.However,in the process of promoting medical information sharing,public hospitals face numerous problems such as incomplete legal system and regulatory mechanism,lagging and incompatible information systems,potential information security risks,and shortage of professional medical information management personnel.Based on this,the paper proposes a series of optimization strategies for medical information sharing in public hospitals,aiming to provide beneficial thoughts for the high-quality development strategy of hospitals empowered by information.
