摘　　要：为提高电力工程施工进度与成本管理的效率与透明性,研究基于区块链技术,通过系统架构设计、智能合约实现以及实际应用案例分析,构建了一套集施工进度监控、成本控制与自动化管理于一体的解决方案。分析表明,区块链技术能够显著解决信息孤岛问题,优化资源配置,提高施工管理效率,为电力工程数字化转型提供技术支持。In order to improve the efficiency and transparency of construction progress and cost management of electric power projects,the study builds a set of solutions integrating construction progress monitoring,cost control and automation management based on blockchain technology,through system architecture design,smart contract implementation and practical application case analysis.The analysis shows that blockchain technology can significantly solve the problem of information silos,optimize resource allocation,improve construction management efficiency,and provide technical support for the digital transformation of power engineering.
