摘 要:随着不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)/消防应急电源(Emergency Power Supply,EPS)设备的应用日益广泛,传统运维方式难以满足需求。为提高运维效率与质量,开展了基于物联网技术的远程运维平台研究。通过采用微机电系统(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System,MEMS)传感器提升设备状态感知精度,引入边缘计算、大数据处理框架等优化数据处理与响应速度,开发定制化智能诊断模块等满足多样化运维业务需求,该平台能精准感知设备状态、高效处理数据并适应多种运维场景,对推动UPS/EPS设备智能化运维具有重要意义。With the increasing application of uninterruptible power supply(UPS)/emergency power supply(EPS)equipment,it is difficult for traditional operation and maintenance methods to meet the demand.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance,the research of remote operation and maintenance platform based on Internet of Things technology is carried out.By adopting micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)sensors to improve the precision of equipment state sensing,introducing edge computing and big data processing frameworks to optimize data processing and response speed,and developing customized intelligent diagnostic modules to meet diversified operation and maintenance business needs,the platform can accurately sense equipment state,efficiently process data,and adapt to a variety of operation and maintenance scenarios,which is of great significance in promoting intelligent operation and maintenance of UPS/EPS equipment.
