摘  要:为保障电力系统安全稳定地运行,需重点加强电力金具受力状态的实时监测。实现精准监测的关键在于两个方面,一是需重视传感器在不同金具上的安装,二是严格开展性能测试。通过仔细打磨悬垂线夹安装部位、用特定胶黏剂固定应变片式传感器,精准定位耐张线夹上的压力传感器,以及针对连接金具动态特性采用柔性连接安装传感器,并进行加载、模拟实际受力、振动冲击等实验。结果表明,该方式能确保传感器稳定可靠工作,满足电力金具的实时监测需求,为电力系统运维提供有力支撑。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system,it is necessary to focus on strengthening the real-time monitoring of the power fixture stress state.The key to realize accurate monitoring lies in two aspects,one is the need to pay attention to the installation of sensors in different fixtures,and the second is to strictly carry out performance testing.By carefully polishing the installation part of the overhanging wire clamp,fixing the strain-gauge sensor with specific adhesive,accurately locating the pressure sensor on the tension-resistant wire clamp,as well as adopting a flexible connection to install the sensor for the dynamic characteristics of the connecting fixtures,and carrying out the experiments of loading,simulating the actual force,vibration impact,etc.The results show that this method can ensure the accurate monitoring of the power fixtures.The results show that this method can ensure the stable and reliable work of the sensor,meet the real-time monitoring needs of electric power fixtures,and provide strong support for power system operation and maintenance.
