摘  要:文章探讨了机电工程智慧运维管理系统的应用。该系统通过物联网、大数据分析和人工智能技术,实现对机电设备全生命周期的精细化管理,旨在提高设备运行效率、降低维护成本并保障设备安全稳定运行。文章分析了智慧运维管理系统的优势,包括自动化运维、数据分析预测和故障管理优化。同时,从系统功能、用户体验和技术性能三个方面进行了需求分析,详细介绍了系统的平台功能、采集点位与数据监控、采集系统安装、设备运行采集及运维系统调试等应用措施。The article explores the application of intelligent operation and maintenance management systems in electromechanical engineering.By integrating the Internet of Things,big data analytics,and artificial intelligence,the system achieves fine-grained management of the entire lifecycle of electromechanical equipment.It aims to enhance operational efficiency,reduce maintenance costs,and ensure safe and stable equipment operation.The paper analyzes the advantages of the intelligent operation and maintenance management system,including automated maintenance,data analysis and prediction,and optimized fault management.It also conducts a detailed demand analysis from the perspectives of system functionality,user experience,and technical performance.The application measures,such as platform functions,data monitoring of collection points,installation of the collection system,equipment operation data collection,and operation and maintenance system debugging,are elaborated.
