摘 要:智能物联网节点在物联网系统中承担数据采集、处理和设备控制等任务,却存在许多问题。开源硬件平台为物联网节点的开发提供灵活、低成本的解决方案,且满足低功耗、无线通信等需求。文章基于智能物联网节点设计的实际需求,分析开源硬件平台在硬件选型、嵌入式软件、存储处理和通信集成中的应用方案,借助实际案例验证该设计方案的可行性,基于ESP32和传感器模块构建节点系统,实现环境数据的采集、处理和远程可视化管理。实验结果表明,系统在响应速度、数据精度、功耗和报警准确性方面达到设计要求,为智能物联网节点的开发与应用提供参考。Intelligent IoT nodes undertake tasks such as data acquisition,processing and equipment control in the IoT system,but there are many problems.The open source hardware platforms provide flexible and low-cost solutions for the development of IoT nodes,while meeting the needs of low power consumption,wireless communication,and more.The paper is based on the practical requirements of designing intelligent IoT nodes,analyzing the application solutions of open-source hardware platforms in hardware selection,embedded software,storage processing,and communication integration.The feasibility of the design scheme is verified through practical cases,and a node system is constructed based on ESP32 and sensor modules to achieve the collection,processing,and remote visualization management of environmental data.The experimental results show that the system meets the design requirements in terms of response speed,data accuracy,power consumption,and alarm accuracy,providing reference for the development and application of intelligent IoT nodes.
