摘　　要：人才振兴是乡村全面振兴的关键驱动力,进一步激发青年大学生返乡创业的热情,能有效促进农村经济多元化发展,为乡村振兴注入创新活力。然而,返乡创业过程中面临的各种挑战,如资金不足、政策支持不充分、创业能力欠缺等,严重影响创业的成功率。该文以返乡创业的宁波市青年大学生为研究对象,分析影响其返乡创业的个人、社会、经济及政策因素,探讨构建心理支持、制度支持、经济支持和教育支持的“四位一体”社会支持体系的重要性和必要性。研究表明,通过完善的社会支持体系,可以有效缓解青年大学生返乡创业面临的多重困难,从而提升创业成功率,推动农村经济的可持续发展。Talent revitalization is a key driving force for comprehensive rural revitalization.It can further stimulate the enthusiasm of young college students to return to their hometowns to start businesses,effectively promote the diversified development of the rural economy,and inject innovative vitality into rural revitalization.However,various challenges faced in the process of returning home to start a business,such as insufficient funds,insufficient policy support,and lack of entrepreneurial capabilities,have seriously affected the success rate of entrepreneurship.This paper takes young college students in Ningbo City who return to their hometowns to start businesses as the research objects,analyzes the personal,social,economic and policy factors that affect their hometowns to start businesses,and explores the importance and necessity of building a"four-in-one"social support system of psychological support,institutional support,economic support and educational support.Research has shown that through a sound social support system,it can effectively alleviate the multiple difficulties faced by young college students returning to their hometowns to start businesses,thereby improving the success rate of entrepreneurship and promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy.
